The Position :

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-driven individual to join our growing team as Director Digital Solutions to lead our digital transformation enterprise.

You will assist us in shaping the business unit by providing service excellence, ensuring all aspects of our clients’ needs are met and exceeded.

Reporting to the Managing Partner, our ideal candidate will be immersed in the world of digital transformation and solutions with a deep understanding of how digital technologies applies across various business units.

They will oversee steering the advancement of digital strategies and ensuring alignment with both organizational goals and client’s goals while effectively managing their team.

The Responsibilities :

As a senior team member here are some of the responsibilities you will be oversee.

Strategic Development :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth while keeping informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Engage with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Technology Integration

  • Research, evaluate and recommend digital tools and technologies to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to lead the implementation and integration of digital tools.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry influencers while developing long-term business strategies and plans to achieve growth objectives, including setting goals, allocating resources, and monitoring performance.
  • Understanding the market landscape, including industry trends, customer needs, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth through market research.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, nurture relationships with prospects, and close deals.
  • Identifying opportunities for new products or services based on market needs and customer feedback and overseeing their development and launch.
  • Develop business proposals, scopes of work and other reports as required

Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects from conceptualization to successful implementation within established timelines and budget.
  • Monitor and guide project progress by identifying and mitigating risks as required.
  • Coach cross functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration through the project life cycle.

Team Development and Training

  • Provide leadership to the business unit by identifying and nurturing skills and competencies required to achieve objectives.
  • Lead the collaboration of cross functional teams and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and continuous learning.

Performance Management

  • Develop a robust KPI to analyze and improve data transformation strategies.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress, identify trends and make data driven decisions.
  • Report on key data driven findings to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Identify individual training and development needs for skill development and establish your reputation as a thought leader

Change Management

  • Develop and guide organizations through the adoption of new technologies by aligning workforces and processes with the digital future.
  • Foster a culture of innovation to adequately manage resistance to change with minimal disruption.

The successful candidate will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Experience in digital tools and technology integration.
  • Leadership and Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and infer solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to client service and teamwork
  • Strong dedication to work, learn, and thrive in a fast passed, innovative, and dynamic environment with changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Self-motivation and work ethic with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
