Position : Data Coordinator Location : Downtown Toronto (hybrid 2 days per week on-site)Salary : $25 per hour Job Type : Contract (6 months to start) extension and / or possible temp-hire Our client, a regulatory body, is seeking a Data Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client data within their database. Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail are required for this position.
What you'll be doing : - Update member information accurately and timely in the database based on online interactions and email correspondence.
- Correspond with members to clarify information and obtain necessary documentation.- Assist with reviewing and updating data in preparation for annual applications.
- Support clean-up projects as identified and respond to inquiries promptly.- Optimize and streamline workflow to enhance data quality.
What you need : - Successful completion of a post-secondary education is highly preferred.- 2+ years of administrative experience preferably within a professional environment.
Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook).- Knowledge of Salesforce or other management systems is an asset.
