We are searching for an HR professional who can partner business leaders, coach employees, manage ambiguity, and adapt to change in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
Partner with leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Ensures understanding and execution of company policies and employee handbook.
Analysis of employee survey data and partnering with leadership to ensure actions are taken to improve employee engagement and focus on enhancing the employee experience.
Drive HR programs, processes and initiatives such as performance management, promotion, compensation, employee development, succession & diversity inclusion.
Review and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve retention and engagement. Drive successful organizational change and help coach leaders.
Partner with the global HR community wherever necessary. Ability to communicate and challenge ideas and holding space for other perspectives to be heard.
Manage employee relations, investigations, legal counsel and compliance related issues, as needed. From the IT industry preferably needs to come in aware of global delivery model, distributed line and HR teams, shared services model, assignee deputation etc.
Advanced practical working knowledge of Canadian employment law Bachelor’s degree; preferred Masters / MBA 6+ years in HRBP line role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to see patterns and set strategy while being able to dig into the details and Critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced, technology organization where ambiguity, agility, and flexibility are valued daily Experience working with high growth technology teams Exceptional listening skills and communication skills
