With teams across five countries, three continents, and a global customer base, we have no plans to slow down.The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of new products in our portfolio, particularly in the fraud and payments categories.
In this role, you will focus on accelerating the adoption of newly developed products and shaping the direction of our roadmap.
You will work in close partnership with the Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams, building trust by prioritizing customer-centricity and initiatives that drive customer value.

You will be responsible for both strategy and execution in your role, partnering with specialist teams like communications, enablement, and creative design services to execute your plans and drive results for your products.
At GeoComply, we are a flat and dynamic organization, and your work will be highly visible and collaborative. This role reports to the Senior Director of Go-to-Market, and you will be expected to work with all levels of the organization from Customer Success Managers to Product SVPs.
We are looking for someone located in Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC. We work together in the office 3 days a week to foster collaboration and innovation.
This role may require up to 2 weeks of travel per quarter for customer and market research, team events, and industry events.
Key Responsibilites
- Engage with the Product team from at all stages from product development to driving adoption of mature products, partnering on shaping roadmaps, monitoring performance, and providing recommendations on product and GTM strategy
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and product opportunities, and develop insights that inform product strategy and marketing campaigns
- Shape the positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyers, with a sound understanding of competitive positioning
- Develop deep knowledge of customers and disseminate through the organization, include customer segments, buyer persona, gather and analyze customer feedback, explore new use cases and influence product growth
- Create compelling sales enablement materials and collateral focused on the value our products add to our customers.
- Collaborate with the enablement team to develop and deliver training and resources for sales and marketing teams, enhancing their ability to sell and promote our products effectively
- Develop a variety of content types including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and video scripts that support marketing and sales objective
- Provide marketing strategic expertise Ensure content is informative, engaging, and tailored to target audiences across different stages of the buyer’s journey
- Work closely with product management, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective market strategy
- Develop and help monitor metrics to track outcomes and effectiveness of marketing of our products
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Masters degree preferred
- 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience in B2B tech
- 2+ years experience in fraud or financial services
- Proven ability to perform market research and use insights to drive decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for clear and effective messaging
- Experience in content creation including whitepapers, blog posts, LinkedIn content
Bonus Points
- 3+ years of experience working in one or more of the following : Fraud, Risk Management, iGaming
- Previous experience working with distributed international teams
Salary Range
120000 - 165000 USD, per-year-salary
The typical salary range for this position is from $120,000 -$165,000 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including, your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
