Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic directives into goals and key results. Monitor and drive strategy around achieving results through the definition of associated KPIs.
  • Identify problems and provide effective solutions. You have experience understanding user needs, and can align a cross-functional group of teammates to define holistic solutions in a systematic way
  • Develop an evidence-based product roadmap with a holistic view of the rapidly evolving game market and identify new opportunities
  • Drive initiatives through product discovery and delivery while collaborating closely with Design, Engineering and EA wide technical partners
  • Work with game studios to understand their business needs and drive collaboration sessions to determine solutions
  • Partner with analytics to establish an experimentation roadmap, using A / B testing to meet objectives and create product and player insight and translate outcomes into relevant recommendations

Qualifications :

  • Highly familiar with the e-commerce and gaming industries and current entertainment platforms
  • You're an excellent communicator with a demonstrated ability to partner, collaborate, and engage stakeholders effectively to achieve outcome-based success, which you've helped define.
  • You are adaptive and have a passion for quality, and determine the best approach based on player feedback, data, the competitive landscape, and peer collaboration.

You identify challenges and adjust as you go.

  • You have experience leading product definition, prioritization, and guiding the delivery of technically complex product initiatives.
  • Have demonstrated the ability to do competitive analysis, data analysis, and other discovery methods to identify high-impact areas to invest in
  • A passion and ability to define goals and metrics for products and be accountable for corresponding outcomes and growth in your area of focus
  • Experience leading a cross-disciplinary team, and presenting to executive leadership to build alignment and advocacy for the roadmap

BASE SALARY RANGES

British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) :

º $133,400 - $193,200 CAN Annually

California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) :

º $161,100 - $239,700 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.

Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI / QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental / adoption leave), extended health / dental / vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.

Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
