We are seeking legal professionals for growth opportunities! These positions will be hybrid in the Bay Area or Los Angeles, but can also be remote if you are licensed to practice law in California but don't live in either of those areas.
We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3-7 years of Wage & Employment law to join our team!
Location : Remote work is an option, but hybrid attendance is encouraged for those based in Los Angeles or the Bay Area.
License : Must have an active California license.
Key Responsibilities :
Handling a diverse caseload of employment and wage and hour class action cases.
Taking and defending depositions.
Writing strong briefs and legal arguments.
Managing a team of attorneys and support staff as needed.
Engaging in trial preparation and experience.
Assisting with acquisitions, including bringing in existing teams or departments.
Qualifications :
6-8 years of relevant experience.
Strong writing skills with the ability to provide two writing samples (briefs).
Experience with wage and hour cases, class action lawsuits, and plaintiff-side employment law.
Ability to handle a caseload of 30-50 cases depending on the team.
Experience in securities is a plus.
