Client Overview : We are hiring for a leading technology companythat specializes in providing innovative solutions to the publicsector.
Role Summary : As aContract Administrator you will play a crucial role in managing andadministering contracts particularly with the government.
Yourresponsibilities will involve performing detailed administrativetasks ensuring compliance with formal engagements and maintainingexcellent relationships with customers and partners managingcontracts.
4.Responsibilities andDuties
Ensure constant compliance with formal engagements listed inGovernment Master Agreements.
Maintain close relationships with the Commercial Executive team toensure compliancy between OST / DPA and negotiated contractualterms.
Maintain strictconfiguration control and baselines for contract catalog data toestablish "one source oftruth."
Develop andmaintain a French contract catalog consisting of thousands ofproducts and services.
Update thecontract catalog timely per contract requirements working closelywith internal product groups.
Monitor and provide insight into product changes and their impacton the contract catalog.
Maintainexcellent relationships with customer and partner counterpartsmanaging contracts and cloudoperations.
Support thedevelopment of processes and governance adapting toambiguity.
Build relationshipswithin the community and be a problemsolver.
Support internal andexternal audit activities and datarequests.
Conduct specialprojects as assigned.
Serve asthe Business Owner for the webbased catalog andcalculator.
5.MUSTHave Skills andQualifications
Bilingual French
12 years ofexperience working with governments or in a relatedfield.
Bachelors degree ideallyin business.
Demonstratedanalytical skills with the ability to question information andvalidate assumptions.
Master level" experience with Excel includingVlookups Xlookups and pivottables.
Experience withgovernment contracts highlypreferred.
Familiarity with cloudcomputing and / or product price lists highlypreferred.
Database experience isaplus.
