Make an impact with our Technology - Infrastructure team as a Senior Cyber Security Awareness Program Advisor. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers enables MNP to take a proactive and prepared approach to cyber crime and capitalize on new technologies and innovations.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll investigate threats, develop policies and enhance infrastructure to minimize the impact of security-related events to protect MNP's business operations and reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve, maintain, and update the cybersecurity dashboard, incorporating relevant metrics that extend beyond awareness, such as incident rates, vulnerability assessments, and compliance status
  • Develop and disseminate engaging articles, newsletters, and materials to educate employees about cybersecurity risks, trends, and best practices through internal communication channels
  • Gather relevant data on security awareness initiatives and utilize Power BI to create visualizations and reports. Track metrics such as training completion rates, phishing simulation outcomes, and overall progress in security awareness
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources and Learning and Development teams to ensure the consistent delivery of security awareness training, monitor compliance, and address any gaps
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and lunch-and-learn sessions to educate employees on critical cybersecurity topics, including password hygiene, social engineering, safe browsing, and data protection
  • Help establish a security ambassador program by training selected employees to become security advocates who can further educate their peers
  • Work closely with the security team to document and update cybersecurity policies, ensuring they are clear and accessible
  • Maintain the accuracy and clarity of all security-related documentation
  • Analyze security-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in working within Cyber Security, with a focus on compliance, awareness, and education
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Proven experience in technical writing and creating engaging content
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques and tools
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all organizational levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, both in-person and remotely
  • Experience in collaborating with cybersecurity teams to enhance security maturity and posture
  • Knowledge of API management and scripting skills is considered an asset
