Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee daily operations of a single restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Direct and motivate a team of 10-25 employees to provide exceptional customer service and exceed performance targets
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation to maximize customer satisfaction
- Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability, while adhering to budgetary guidelines
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and financial reports to optimize restaurant performance and achieve desired outcomes
- Enforce compliance with government regulations, company policies, and food safety standards to ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees
- Recruit, select, train, and retain talented individuals for various positions within the restaurant, fostering a positive work culture and team cohesion
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards are met
Requirements :
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college coursework preferred
- 2-4 years of proven experience in restaurant management, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the USA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Proficiency in English language and a working knowledge of Windows-based computer programs for administrative tasks and reporting
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong understanding of financial principles and experience in budget management, inventory control, and cost analysis
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with occasional travel to other locations for training or operational needs
