Here's an overview of your tasks : Plan, manage and approve all activities to ensure efficient production start-up of new thermoforming productsCoordinate, support and mobilize your team while ensuring the development of employees under your responsibilityLead continuous improvement projects to boost productivity, enhance reliability and improve the quality of the existing product rangeReinvent and adapt our manufacturing processes and production equipment to meet the new needs of the product development team.
Implement work procedures that meet set performance standards, and monitor results using performance indicators.
