Responsibilities

In this Accounts Payable Specialist role in downtown Toronto, you will be responsible for the following :

• Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Assist with month-end closing processes and audits
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Prepare and process expense reports

Qualifications

In this Accounts Payable Specialist role in downtown Toronto, you will be required to have the following :

• Minimum 1 year of experience processing full-cycle AP.
• Experience with vendor management is a strong asset.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is required.
• Requires critical thinking and an analytical mindset.
