Key Responsibilities :
Assist with painting and flooring tasks, including preparation, installation, and finishing.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
Load, transport, and unload materials, ensuring everything is in place for each job.
Provide general support on-site, handling a variety of tasks to keep projects on track.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Ideal Candidate Will Have :
A van or truck for transporting materials and tools (essential).
Experience in flooring and painting (required).
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Flexibility with working part-time to full-time hours, as the job requires.
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
