Purpose of the position
The Habitation du Souvenir building in Laval is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you considered a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization?
You are the person we need! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
- Maintain property areas and systems
- Keep the work environment clean
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Maintain the garden
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Make service calls
- Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
- Make outdoor spring and winter preparations.
