Job DutiesInclude :
- Complete DailyOperations (i.e. opening and closing duties stocking polishingcleaning and maintaining walkins fridges and other areas asassigned by the MOD)
- Meet and greetguests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regardingpreferences allergies and specialoccasions
- Have full knowledge of all food andbeverage menu items garnishes contents and preparationmethods
- Maintain quality and timeliness ofservice and practice effective up selling and suggestive sellingtechniques to drive outlet revenue
- Maintainaccurate billing cash handling and floatprocedures
- Other duties asassigned
Qualifications :
Your Skills&Qualifications :
- Musthave ProServe Certification
- Minimum 2 yearsexperience as a Server in a highvolume and fast paced environmentrequired
- Previous pointofsale system experiencerequired
- Extensive wine beer and cocktailknowledge is essential
- Must be able to carryand serve 3 plates at one time
- Scheduleflexibility including early mornings late nights weekendsholidays
- Must be able to lift and carry up to40lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours ormore
