As a Senior Software Engineer at Ripple Labs Inc., you will have the chance to work on innovative projects and collaborate with a team of experienced experts in the field.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Design, develop, and maintain flawless software solutions for our ambitious projects.
  • Collaborate with teams from different departments to determine project requirements and successfully implement software solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the software meets the highest quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and continuously improve your technical skills.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
  • Proven expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, Javascript or Go.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies and effective approaches.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and frameworks, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
