Description du poste

Dans ce poste vous devez :

• Agir à titre de personne ressource pour les gestionnaires et employés pour toutes questions paie via email et téléphone
• Traitements, validations, préparations et envois des ROE, etc lors des terminaisons
• Traitements des dossiers d’avocats ou autre source au besoin
• Préparation des remises hebdomadaires et mensuels (DAS paiement divers syndicats-pension alimentaires etc)
• Effectuer la préparation des T0 en fin année
• Répondre aux questions et préparation concernant le volet financier relié à la paie, la CSST, l’assurance-emploi, syndicat, etc.
• Effectuer des contrôles, des vérifications avant la fermeture de paie traitement de la paie ce fait à chaque semaine ( 3 cycles de paies différents )

Qualifications requises

Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :

• Posséder une expérience dans un poste similaire et dans la production de paie à haut volume en grande entreprise ;
• Être membre en règle de l’Association canadienne de la paie (niveau 1, un atout);
• Avoir de bonnes connaissances d’un système intégré des ressources humaines, idéalement Workday, ou l’équivalent (SAP, Ceridian, ADP, etc)
• Posséder une très bonne maîtrise d’Excel;
• Bilinguisme français et anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à collaborer couramment avec des clients internes à travers le Canada.
