Ideal for HR professionals with experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing, especially in automotive or automotive parts industries.

Highlights! :

  • Influence high-level management decisions to ensure strategic competitiveness in policies, procedures, programs, and best practices.
  • Oversee personnel management, including wage increases, promotions, disciplinary actions, health and safety, facilities, business administration, and the car lease program.
  • Collaborate with the Korean head office on global HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with international standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead HR and administrative functions
  • Oversee personnel management and recruitment
  • Drive organizational change initiatives
  • Enhance workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Collaborate on global HR initiatives
  • Oversee a team of (3) professionals

Qualifications :

  • Degree in HR management or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong experience in logistics or distribution preferred
  • CHRL designation an asset
  • Strong project management mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with international offices
  • Experience with expats is considered a benefit
  • Experience in European and Asian HR markets is viewed as an asset.
  • Strong culture champion mindset
  • Ability to drive change in a distribution and logistics environment
  • Strong communication skills are a must

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive base salary ( 120- 140k annually ) with bonus potential ( up to 10%)
  • Benefits, vacation time (3 weeks) and RRSP matching
  • Hybrid work model with some flexibility ( 4x a week in office)
