Responsibilities
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment and machinery - including network systems, ASI network, UPS backup systems, MCCs, electrical heat, trace, tank level radars, electrical instrumentation devices
- Installing and testing new equipment on site
- Emergency breakdowns / repairs
- Conduct PM program- maintaining and documenting reports and inspections in a timely manner
- Work with contractors, vendors, engineering, automation and operation departments, and from time to time the ESA
- Duties otherwise assigned
Qualifications
- 442A HEAVILY PREFERRED
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH OUTDOOR WORK UP TO 50% OF THE TIME
- Stellar blueprint reading skills
- Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Safety conscious and minded
