What We Need
We are looking for a Maintenance Generalist Associate who will play a critical part in providing top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.
Are you :
- Knowledgeable in and have previous hands-on mechanical experience in the automotive industry?

As the Maintenance Generalist Associate , you will provide support & guidance to our client’s drivers and act as a fiduciary for our clients when authorizing repairs.
Also, will be in contact with Case Managers, Supervisor’s, Managers, Drivers, Clients, and Suppliers.
A Day in the Life
- Responding to incoming calls from drivers and suppliers to resolve inquiries concerning technical and non-technical work.
- Providing service assistance and directions to drivers and clients.
- Answering supplier calls and creating electronic repair invoices.
- Negotiating repair prices when appropriate and reviewing requests for compliance with client policy and Element’s standard operating procedures.
- Issuing authorizations for valid repairs to manage the client's vehicle maintenance repair costs and ensure vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum.
- Making outbound calls to help initiate service and follow up on service or to resolve open issues.
Requirements
- High School education or BA / BS is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of general automotive knowledge; preferably mechanic experience
- PC skills including data entry and Microsoft Office suite
- Organization skills with the ability to prioritize and respond with a sense of urgency to internal and external requests within specified timeframes.
- Ability to research and resolve problems and make independent judgments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers or clients and internal personnel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and be flexible to multitask between different work queues.
