- Microsoft Power Platform
- Development of Power BI reports using the company's various data sources.
- Creation and updating of data sets to ensure the reliability of information.
- Design of visuals to meet the specific needs of management and operations.
- Proposals of reports and tools to optimize operational processes.
- Maintenance and updating of applications developed under Power Apps.
- Automation of administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Design, implementation and management of a centralized data warehouse.
- Business analyses
- Use of BI reports and other tools for in-depth business analyses.
- Development of analyses and identification of avenues for operational improvements.
- Review of current processes and formulation of recommendations for improvement.
- Design and implementation of new optimized business processes.
- Close collaboration with senior management to produce strategic analyses.
- Information Technology
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the external IT support team.
- Plan and lead monthly strategic meetings with the external IT team.
- Monitor the external team's compliance with security standards.
- Guide the external team in assessing and optimizing IT equipment.
- Supervise the quality and performance of the external support team.
- Ability to intervene on urgent requests when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or university certificate in administration, business analysis or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Mastery of DAX, PowerQuery M and SQL languages
- Knowledge of the Business Central / NAV environment (an asset)
- High initiative and autonomy in managing responsibilities
- Strong team spirit and excellent sense of collaboration
- Ability to synthesize and clarify complex information
- Advanced intermediate bilingualism (English and French)
