Reporting to the Foreman, the Scraper Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically motor scrapers, to move and grade earth on construction sites. The operator ensures efficient soil excavation, transport, and leveling while following safety protocols and project specifications.

How You’ll Add Value

• Actively contribute to the safety culture, promoting a safe and productive work environment
• Operate scrapers to move, haul, and grade earth efficiently
• Assist in site preparation by clearing debris, leveling terrain, and ensuring a safe work area
• Support road construction activities by maintaining proper grading and material distribution
• Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and job site efficiency
• Adapt to changing site conditions and work efficiently in various weather conditions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Contribute to overall project success by maintaining productivity and attention to detail
• Assist the crew on-site as required
