About the Job :

We are currently seeking a Process Engineering Intern for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Are you passionate about optimizing processes and looking to make your mark in the industry? Join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries and create a game changer in the world of AI.

You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will contribute to the design, analysis, and optimization of processes within the organization.

This is designed largely as a remote placement but can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement / applied learning internship, you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and contributing to transformative process improvements.

It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great complement to your academic investment.

What You'll Do :

• Assist in the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop process models and simulations to evaluate potential improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes that align with business objectives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to resolve process-related issues.
• Monitor and report on process performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

About You :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
• Proficient in process engineering tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
