Job Description
Our client in the non-profit industry is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role that is in office twice a month.
We are seeking someone specialized in Compensation and Benefits, as well as experience with payroll support.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and other forms of compensation
- Conduct compensation reviews and regular analyses of compensation trends
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other fringe benefits
- Act as the main point of contact for questions regarding compensation and benefits
- Work closely with the payroll department and contribute to the payroll process
- Utilize HRIS and other systems to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
- Other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience
- Must have experience with compensation & benefits programs
- Must have experience supporting payroll
- Must have strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making
- Experience with ADP Workforce and Dayforce considered an asset
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Experience in nonprofit an asset
