As a Senior Events Marketing Manager , you will lead events and community engagement for League Connect. League Connect is a year-round initiative architected to drive engagement and build a community of healthcare leaders across our prospects, customers and partners.
As the marketing leader for this key strategic program, you will be in charge of leading and executing our two tentpole events - League Connect Miami (in-person) and League Connect Digital Summit (virtual), as well as community engagement initiatives throughout the year.
The in-person event brings together senior executives across healthcare and tech for 3-days of engaging talks (keynotes, panels, fireside chats, etc), networking events and activities, focused on accelerating the healthcare consumer experience.
This is a high-visibility role, requiring you to collaborate across our Executive, Sales, Marketing and Partnerships teams to develop a rigorous event planning process that enables seamless execution of the event.
You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of League Connect events from strategy, planning and execution. In addition, you will manage a Campaign Manager, Event Coordinator, vendors and agencies to help deliver and execute on League Connect events.
The environment is fast-paced, energetic, and highly collaborative.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring League Connect delivers on defined KPIs and Goals
- Own League Connect’s in-year strategy, positioning and key messaging and ensure it is disseminated across all channels and tactics
- Manage all aspects of League Connect event planning and execution, including promotional tactics, budget management, vendor & agency management, on-site experience and logistics alongside event agency, speaker selection & communication, agenda creation, sponsorship package development and execution, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement innovative strategies that improve the attendee event experience and drive new pipeline for the business.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of event initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze pipeline and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Prepare executive-level event briefs and presentations that report on data-driven results.
- Manage a Campaign Manager and Events Coordinator to help execute League Connect events and community engagement tactics.
About you :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years of Marketing experience (must have event-marketing experience)
- The ideal candidate has a deep passion for events and will have a proven track record of building and executing large B2B events (in-person and virtual)
