• Hands-on Technology Business Management (TBM) Business / Data Analyst who will be working on a collaborative initiative to import Corporate Financial, Project Management and Cloud Management into the Apptio / Target Process System.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and familiarity with TBM frameworks
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Involve in data analysis, process improvement, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
• Work with the Apptio Vendor to import Corporate Financial, Project Management, Time Tracking and Labor related data into the Apptio / TargetProcess System Determine & Document Apptio Data Requirements Identify sources of data within the corporate infrastructure Document Data Gaps
• Work with the customer to determine Data Transformation Requirements, Apptio Data Transformation, Development, Review standard Apptio Dash BoardsRoles & Responsibilities
• Assessing and identifying areas for improvement in Apptio business processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data, create reports, and recommend strategies for optimizing technology resources.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
• Coaching and training employees
• Developing ideas in accordance with the business needs

Requirements

Experience (Years) : 8-10 Essential Skills : Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, including customization and integration.

Guidewire certification is a plus.Other technologies of interest : Guidewire Cloud, Salesforce CRM, legacy modernization, and AWS.

Proven knowledge & architecture experience in, architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services, APIs), application integration, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, application architecture, distributed architecture, data architecture and modelling.

Proven experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.

Can understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms, languages, protocols, frameworks, open source, etc.

Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a plus.Experience in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space.
