Responsibilities

• Providesenior technical expertise project leadership and coordination ofactivities in the development implementation and maintenance of adiverse range of cost effective I&ITsolutions.
• Providetechnical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutionsand applications to meet program / service goals and objectivesensuringefficiency.

GeneralSkills

• Providesspecialized technical expertise in the overall analysis of thedesign and architecture of systemssolutions.
• Abilityto evaluate recommendations and ensures all recommended solutionsfor improvement are congruent with the project goals and objectivesIdentifies short and longterm project goals / objectives and as asenior technical expert defines and identifies program and servicedelivery requirements in support of the development and / oracquisition of clientapplications
• Leadsthe analysis development and documentation of design andarchitecture of systemssolutions.
• Leadsthe development of testing integration and implementation ofsystems solutions into the clients applications Guides thefeasibility studies and cost effective analyses of proposed clientI&IT initiatives ensures all studies and analyses aredocumented Leads the technical aspects of projects related to thedevelopment and / or acquisition of a diverse range of clientapplications through all stages of the Systems Development LifeCycle(SDLC).
• Thisincludes planning scheduling and estimating resources providingtechnical expertise coordination monitoring progress and providingmanagement with project status updates Demonstrated experiencegathering requirements translating business documents intotechnicalspecifications
• Experienceleading development / support teams supporting multidimensional andrelational databases and their applications for effective planningbudgeting strategizing and forecastingprocedures
• Demonstratedexperience designing and developing complex applications utilizingrelational and multidimensionaldatabases
• Abilityto provide implementation and post implementation support asrequired
• Overseesthe research and evaluation of the technical components in theacquisition of software hardware technology systems andproducts
• Recommendsand directs the measurement and improvement of tools techniquesstandards and performance criteria to control the quality ofapplication development initiatives Provides coaching and directionto junior analysts throughout the project related to thedevelopment and / or acquisition of a diverse range of clientapplications through all stages of the Systems Development LifeCycle.
