Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced Solution Architect for our Calgary Client. In this contract / temporary role you will be accountable for projects around SAP S4 HANA platforms and support S4 HANA systems to meet business requirements.

You have solid knowledge and experience with SAP technologies which will help you achieve a high level of best practice and business processes.

Based in the Calgary, Alberta area, this role is a contract / temporary opportunity.

Job Requirements : MUST HAVES :

MUST HAVES :

• 10 + years extensive working experience in a SAP Basis Administrator / Consultant role on SAP HANA and S / 4 HANA, including proficient experience in Public or Private Cloud (AZURE or AWS).
• Strong working experience in SAP applications / modules including technical planning, installations and configurations, upgrades, OS / DB migrations, Unicode conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, SSO configuration, installation of SSL certificates.
• Solid ability for performance Testing, optimization and tuning with SQL traces, SQL statements, and ABAP logic analysis
• SAP Fiori knowledge is required
• Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery and working knowledge of HANA, including High Availability and Disaster Recovery
• Experience in Hardware, operating systems (LINUX) and networking connectivity required for the SAP environment
• Responsible, takes ownership of work, and follows through to completion
• Ability to think outside the box excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities.
• Capability to effectively work independently as well as in a team-oriented highly collaborative environment
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
