Description
It is an opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization and clients.
In this role, you will configure Salesforce, implement best practices, and collaborate with leadership, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and insights.
You’ll also support system integrations and manage interactions with external development partners in a fast-paced environment.
With a focus on business process management, this position offers opportunities for learning and growth in Salesforce administration while contributing to the enhancement of enterprise systems in the consulting space.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including customizations, configurations, user management, and security protocols, ensuring smooth daily operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement custom solutions using Salesforce automation tools.
- Support system integrations with external applications, driving efficiency through automation.
- Conduct testing of configurations, integrations, and automation developed by external Salesforce contractors.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data insights, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs for leadership.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues reported by users while monitoring system performance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and manage Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and other components to meet evolving business requirements.
- Train and coach end users on Salesforce functionalities while documenting configurations and best practices to keep knowledge up-to-date.
Qualifications :
- 6-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with expertise in managing standard and custom objects, workflows, security, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT systems and infrastructure, including hands-on experience in system integration and troubleshooting.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the capacity to handle technical issues efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing concurrent projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
