SAP - HR Functional Analyst

As an SAP - HR Functional Analyst in the Major Projects team at Pomerleau Construction, you will be responsible for the completion of projects, from design to implementation of the solutions underpinning human resources business processes.

Supporting our large-scale projects - ranging from $ million to $1 billion - you will act as a bridge between the integrated management and business systems teams as part of S / 4HANA implementation for major projects

What You Will Do

• Lead workshops related to HR initiatives within the S / 4HANA project.
• Identify and analyze HR needs and propose appropriate solutions based on best practices.
• Analyze and document business processes to optimize operations according to selected indicators.
• Writes and revises functional specifications according to standards and best practices.
• Configures SAP HCM and SuccessFactors to meet business requirements.
• Creates test scripts, performs tests and records results to validate the system.
• Provides end-user support and participates in key-user training.
• Develops relationships with business partners, anticipates issues, and contributes to operational support and incident resolution.

This role could be for you if you have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, applied sciences, human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a SAP functional analyst role for human resources on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
• Specific knowledge of payroll and time management in SAP is highly desirable (in the CCQ and construction context is an asset).
• Knowledge of other SAP modules or solutions that may interact with HR is an asset : FICO, PS, PM, MM, SD, etc.
• Experience on the S / 4HANA platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio).
• May require occasional travel between Pomerleau offices (Saint-Georges de Beauce, Lévis).
• Available to perform occasional second-level support outside normal office hours.

Additional asset :

Experience in the construction industry.
