We have an immediate opening for Packers at our Windsor Extrusion Plant. Job Responsibilities : Pack aluminum extrusion profiles into appropriate packaging Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging Keep working area clear of debris and garbage Ensure all actions are done with safety first approach Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, padding, etc.

Ensure all aluminum scrap bins at saw locations and presses are emptied half an hour before the end of each shift Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse Stack material without causing damage to the load below it Ensure all paperwork is complete and follows the material to the next stage Able to perform other duties as assigned Skills Required : Be able to read a tape measure and preferably a vernier Be able to read and convert cm to inches Clear communication skills written and verbal both to perform the job successfully Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English Able to work well with others in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Good knowledge and record of safety, quality and productivity around the aluminum extrusion press Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred Working Hours : Ability to work 12 hours continental shift schedule (Day & Night Shifts).

Shift rotation every 2 weeks. Working Conditions : Manufacturing plant environment Exposure to loud noise Exposure to high and low temperatures Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to stand for long periods Pay : Regular pay : $19.
