Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager will lead our team of technicians in performing consulting related to Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) issues and consulting for clients with water infiltration issues, mould growth, and hazardous materials.
A Day in the life of the Project Manager at Pinchin
- Develop business relationships with both new and existing clients
- Prepare proposals for mould and IEQ projects
- Supervise and perform mould, IEQ and infection control services consulting projects for assessments and remediation / abatement work
- Supervise, train and mentor Project Technologists in their job functions
- Manage WIP, A / R and invoicing
- Maintain and enhance quality control within the group
What you bring to the Pinchin team
- Bachelor of Science or Applied Science Degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a project manager in a related industry
- Familiar with invoicing, budgeting, and other areas of project related financial management
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and team building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Vehicle and valid driver's license (work-related travel expenses are compensated)
- Availability to travel
