Account Executive Fully Remote

Our client Wavely is an agencythat assists coaches across various industries in launching andmanaging their podcasts. Our mission is to help coaches createengaging content that attracts new clients and builds theirpersonal brand.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced AccountExecutive to join our team on a commissiononly basis.

This fully remote role focuses on drivingbusiness growth by prospecting and onboarding coaches demonstratingthe value of our services and maintaining strong clientrelationships.

WhatYoull Be Doing

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients inthe coaching industry including dating life executive nutrition& wellness personal finance and public speakingcoaches.
  • Demonstrate how Wavely can helpcoaches start manage and enhance their podcasts including contentcreation editing and producing clips.
  • UtilizeHubspot CRM to track and manage your sales pipeline ensuringconsistent followups and clientengagement.
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients ensuring their needs are met andproviding exceptional service.
  • Work within acompetitive and targetdriven environment aiming to meet and exceedsales goals.
  • Regularly report on salesactivities pipeline status and achievements to the salesmanager.

Skills &Experience :

  • Drive andDetermination : Demonstrated track record of persevering in the faceof adversity. This role involves selling a service that is taking anew approach to a traditional industry meaning you will hear nooften.
  • Proactiveness : Ability to take actionwithout being told. A demonstrated history of working independentlyand driving your own work in the face ofambiguity.
  • ResultsOriented : Experience buildingand managing your own pipeline to ensure you hit your metrics.Comfortable exploring your own KPIs and team metrics understandingwhats working and whats not.
  • Deal Closing : Skill in aligning the sale to a business goal or need and managingnegotiations. Proactively work to avoid potential dealderailments.
  • Communication : Ability to be aconcise and articulate communicator while also being persuasive andconvincing.

Requirements :

  • 2 years of sales experience with a proven trackrecord of success.
  • Experience managing a salespipeline through a CRM such as Salesforce Hubspotetc.
  • Desire to work in a competitivetargetdriven business sales team.
  • Highlydisciplined with excellent time management and organizationalskills.
  • Strong written and oral businesscommunication skills in English.
