Live In Superintendent / Cleaner -Couple - Woodstock, Ontario
Full time Live-in Superintendent / cleaner-Couple is required to take over the day-to-day operations. The Superintendent / cleaner-Couple will be our client’s customer service ambassador and be responsible to take care of the needs of the Residents located at Belleville
Duties Include but not limited to :
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all common areas
- Immediate response to resident requests and work orders
- Daily inspection of grounds, facilities and equipment to determine if repairs or preventative maintenance is required
- Supervise and inspect work completed by contractors working on the property
- Maintain logs and maintenance records
Qualifications :
- years previous experience in building management and administration preferred
- General understanding of building cleaning, grounds care and maintenance
- Hands on field experience with building maintenance and repair
- Ability to work independently while problem solving
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
