Full-time permanent position Possibility of remote work (hybrid) We are looking for a social worker with experience in psychotherapy with young people, preferably in mental health issues, to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Head of Social Services, Psychology and Nutrition, the social worker will be responsible for completing comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate and develop individualized intervention plans prior to providing individual and family therapy to patients with mental health issues.

  • They will use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help patients address their concerns. Summary of functions : - Assumes responsibility for a range of social services based on the psychosocial needs of patients and their families, using evidence-based approaches to develop intervention plans;
  • Coordinates intervention plans with patients and families; - Carries out design, updating, analysis and evaluation activities - Collects data, identifies problem situations, establishes intervention objectives;
  • Participates in identifying needs, developing and evaluating intervention tools and developing intervention strategies for patients and families;
  • Ensures availability, on a scheduled basis, for the social emergencies of the team's active cases; - Develops and implements appropriate group interventions based on a needs analysis of existing individual social services, as required;
  • Participates in the development of psychosocial intervention protocols to ensure service quality, and in the development of service quality assessment tools;
  • Acts as an advisor to colleagues and members of the multidisciplinary team; - Promotes the maintenance of client autonomy through the support and development of social support and mutual aid networks, within a community vision of intervention.

Requirements : - Bac. in social work - Master's degree in social work, or in couple and family therapy, or in mental health or in human relations.

Member in good standing of the professional order OTSTCFQ - 1 to 3 years of experience working with people living with mental health, preferably with children and youth as well as with individual and / or family intervention - Fluency in French written and spoken;

capacity to communicate in English is required in order to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients and / or stakeholders.
