The AgileCoach role will be embedded within the servicetransformation team to support the transition from traditionalproject management to an Agile productoriented mindset.
The coachwill work closely with all team members including the PortfolioManager Product Managers (Senior Business Consultants) BusinessAnalysts and project support roles to foster an Agile cultureimplement best practices and ensure successful adoption of Agilemethodologies across product teams.
RoleDescription :
The Agile Coachwill serve as a guide and mentor helping the team embrace Agileprinciples particularly in the development and delivery ofhighquality products and services for the Vital Events portfolio.
The coach will focus on improving team collaboration efficiency andresponsiveness to change helping transition the team from aprojectbased mindset to a productoriented iterative developmentapproach.
The coach will work with both leadership and team membersto help implement Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) establishclear processes for backlog management user story creation sprintplanning and retrospectives.
Additionally the coach will focus oninstilling a culture of continuous improvement and alignment withusercentric product development.
