Our client, a well-established player in the commercial, industrial and residential real estate field, is currently looking for a bilingual lawyer specializing in the negotiation and drafting of leases and other real estate agreements to join its team.

- YOUR ROLE : Negotiate and draft commercial leases and various commercial agreements, particularly with commercial tenants;
- Act as a resource person for all questions related to commercial leases and provide advice in support of the various departments of the company on diversified legal subjects;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in the real estate sector in order to properly carry out various innovative projects;
- Lead and participate in due diligence; SKILLS REQUIRED : The desired candidate must : Be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec;
- Have a minimum of approximately five (5) years of tangible experience in commercial leases;Have proven project management and leadership skills;
Strong writing skills (both in French and English) and excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills. INTERESTED IN THIS CHALLENGE?
