Position : Senior Manager - Client SupportLocation : Saint-Laurent - Hybrid (in-office presence 2-3 days per week)Salary : $110K to $120K + 15-20% bonusPosition Overview : We are currently recruiting a Senior Manager - Client Support for our client, a SaaS software developer creating effortless, growth-driven practice management software designed for healthcare professionals, offering seamless integration with essential tools to elevate business operations from day one.

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute strategies related to 5-year forecasting, pricing, market analysis, and benchmarking.
- Oversee sales team deliverables, including business cases, contract management, and customer requirements.- Lead the Account Management team to monitor customer sentiment, conduct management reviews, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of client support professionals.- Engage with clients through social media and other platforms to enhance customer relationships.
- Support ticket management, client communications, and issue resolution.Day-to-Day Responsibilities : - Respond to client calls and emails, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Review and manage client tickets to address and resolve client concerns.- Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve support processes.
- Support account management tasks, including light sales responsibilities as needed.Basic Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in client support or account management.- Fluent French communications skills written and oral.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer or leadership needs.
- 2+ years in a senior management role, ideally overseeing a support or account management team.- Experience supporting professionals transitioning into client support or account management roles.
