Change Management Lead (X2)
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Change Management Lead for a 12 month contract in Edmonton AB (preferred - open to Calgary).
Change Management Lead Responsibilities
The Change Management Lead will support the business in the preparation of employees and stakeholders to operate the change.
Activities include but are not limited to :
- Plan for and execute all facets of Change Management, Communications, and Training activities.
- Not only serve as the OCM lead, but also complete OCM analyst activities.
- Ensure that an OCM Framework methodology, process and tools are applied consistently.
- Develop and manage a change management plan for the project.
- Review and validate stakeholder analysis at each phase gate of the project.
- Work with the business to define key business outcomes and change activities.
- Oversight and execution of activities defined in change management plan.
- Meet and engage change champions group regularly.
- Review and manage the knowledge transfer plan.
- Develop and track business readiness activities for Go Live.
- Ensure training requirements and plan aligns to project needs.
- Guide the members of the change team.
- Ensure detailed stakeholder impact analysis is complete and validated with stakeholder areas.
- Review and monitor change action plan progress with key stakeholder groups.
- Identify future state roles and responsibility impacts of the end business users.
- Liaise with HR on impacts to roles and responsibilities and identify HR related activities in the change schedule.
- Liaise with other programs / projects as applicable to identify and document interdependencies and impacts and plan accordingly.
Change Management Lead Mandatory Skills
- Experience leading IT Enterprise change management.
- 10+ years as an OCM in a similar environment.
