This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders, analytics, and our project teams to ensure data is efficiently collected, stored, and analyzed.
Your work will enable key decision-makers to access actionable insights, optimizing business performance and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities : Design and develop data architecture that supports both business and technical requirements, ensuring efficient data flow and storage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance business intelligence, reporting, and data governance efforts.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for data management, including backup, recovery, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Lead data integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and accuracy. Develop data models that align with business processes and objectives, optimizing the structure for scalability and performance.
Mentor and collaborate with technical teams , offering guidance on data management practices and solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data architecture to propose innovative solutions that enhance data efficiency.
Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in a Data Architect role or similar position with a focus on data management, data governance, and architecture design.
Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing . Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data solutions (e.
g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with ETL processes and tools for data integration (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).
Solid understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) , and best practices. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Relevant certifications in Data Architecture or Cloud Data Solutions are a bonus.
