KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with internal stakeholders from multiple departments to identify opportunities for applying data engineering, machine learning and AI solutions for a new flu vaccine manufacturing facility.
- Exploit opportunities to leverage manufacturing data to develop data engineering and machine learning (ML) models and real-time process monitoring approaches.
- Partner with the MSAT Data Science and Digital teams to apply re-usable and efficient data engineering solutions for new and legacy facilities, and when developing process analytics solutions
- Translate data analytics outcomes to non-scientific audiences, champion data-driven decision making and empower end-users to perform simple analytics.
- Support various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of data engineering, visualization, ML and AI capabilities. Promote a strong quality mindset with a focus on data integrity, validation, and data governance. REQUIRED SKILLS
- BSc or MSc in Process Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field with 3- 5 years of industry relevant experience.
- Strong coding skills in Python, R, and SQL and working with data historian systems, including PI Asset Framework (AF) & PI Event Frames infrastructure, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and IoT solutions.
- Knowledge of data analytics, and familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-Learn
- High level of familiarity using platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Github and no-code / low-code applications such as Dataiku.
- Strong aptitude in developing data visualization platforms (Power BI, R Shiny, Streamlit, etc.) Life at Capgemini
