• Valid Prosci Certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• Valid ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• 10 years' experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.

Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.

The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. At least 1 example must be from an acute care environment.

5 years' experience implementing projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis of healthcare service delivery and working with clinical stakeholders.

3 years' experience in a project management or project lead role developing project scope, project plans, and maintaining a project schedule.

5 years' experience supporting information system training by delivering end user training and developing training materials.

3 years' experience working with the Allscripts suite of solutions in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
