Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently looking for a dynamic, hardworking Project Manager to work in our West division from Cambridge to Oakville.
As Project Manager (HVAC) , your focus will be managing various HVAC jobs from Chillers, VRF, Boilers and all aspects of the commercial HVAC retrofit and new construction industry.

Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with HVAC solutions through assessing issues
- Estimating and designing customer appropriate solutions for HVAC replacement and installations
- Review project drawing and project specifications
- Understanding mechanical drawings
- Identifying and managing Change Orders
- Attending site project meetings and coordinating project schedule
- Tracking job costing and profitability
- Monitor field progress and schedules
- Create material and labour budgets for each job
- Track PO’s, supplier and subcontractor invoices before payment
- Track and report project progress and job costing
- Preparing and submitting monthly progress and billing forecasts for each project
- Coordinate work crews, materials and subtrades
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure Health and Safety protocols are set up and adhered to on all projects
- Prepare O&M manuals and As Built for project completion
Qualifications :
313A) HVACR designation with service / projects background
- 2+ years of experience in estimating / Project Management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, Hydronics
- Knowledge of construction codes applicable to mechanical building systems
- Strong written and oral communication, as well as leadership skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Recommended Qualifications :
- PMP, CET
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Be able to manage time well

- 5 + years industry experience
