Frequentis Canada is offering you the chance to participate in our project management trainee program starting in early September 2024.
The 10-month training is based in Vienna with an exciting job rotation, collaboration with experienced mentors, diverse networking and a comprehensive training program will prepare you for the challenging task of a Frequentis project manager in a safety-critical environment.
The position is open to Canadian Citizens and Canadian Permanent Residents. After completion of the trainee program, the permanent position is based in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
Key Tasks In the trainee program :
- Active participation in various project teams and collaboration with mentors.
- Development of project management know-how, which includes Frequentis-specific content as well as general knowledge of PM methods After completion of the trainee program as project manager :
- Successful handling of international customer projects with time and quality responsibility
- Collaboration and leadership of project teams
- Responsibility for the project budget and ongoing project controlling
- Building a fundamental understanding of our products as well as our customers and markets Key Qualifications
- Business or technical Bachelor’s University degree
- 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in project management or with management tasks
- Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking and hands-on mentality
- Distinct social skills (ability to communicate, work in a team & professional appearance)
- Convincing and customer-oriented communication in English and French
- Affinity for new technologies, joy of learning
