About the Role
As a Production and Documentation Center Technician at Forvis Mazars, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our mission of providing top-tier audit and advisory services.
Your role will involve managing and producing high-quality financial and professional documents to support our operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Your responsibilities
Perform linguistic review and formatting of financial statements and letters, including financial calculations, correspondence production, and various documents.
Produce final PDF documents and upload them to our various online platforms.
Print and assemble financial statements, letters, tax returns, and prepare bindings for grouped documents.
Prepare fee notes at the request of partners, executive directors, and other mandate leaders.
Create client and mandate profiles in the CRM.
Your Profile
DEC or DEP in secretarial studies or office administration
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
Excellence in spoken and written French and English, especially in linguistic revision
Knowledge of French and English typographic rules
Proficiency with the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of PDF-XChange
Familiarity with Caseware and Caseview (an asset)
Proficiency in French and English, to effectively interact with all our clients in Quebec and beyond.
