Our client, a growing organization in the Alberta Market, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.
This brokerage provides a welcoming work environment and all of the tools you need to thrive. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, especially on the phone, the ability to work independently, and a service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities :
- Provide service to your own book of business for both home and auto policies
- Prepare quotes and sell new policies as required based on incoming calls
- Develop and manage relationships with underwriters.
- Collect receivables and handle payment transactions.
- Process changes and issue insurance documents.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of Personal Lines experience
- Level 1 Insurance License minimum
- CAIB or CIP Designation or working towards it would be considered an asset
- Must be client focused with outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with low supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
