Director, Organizational Change Lead - Enterprise Performance Transformation
Role Summary
In this role, you will be the leader of organizational, business and technology change required to enable sustainable adoption of new ways of working introduced through our Enterprise Performance Transformation program.
You will work with internal support, consulting teams throughout the transformation journey, co-designing-developing-deploying required change activities.
We are looking for an expert leader of change, experienced in the delivery of end-to-end organizational change for enterprise transformations to join our team.
The leader in this role will be engaging and dynamic in their approach and able to lead organizational change for complex multi-year transformations with expertise, leadership, precision, and predictability to help us realize measurable, positive business outcomes that include sustainable adoption of change.
What You ll Be Doing :
You will bring extensive experience in organizational change management for enterprise transformations. You will have strong EQ, leadership skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills, engaging communication skills, a collaborative attitude and experience working within a variety of project and program management frameworks.
In addition, you’ll have the following specific experience and personal attributes gained across a range of enterprise transformations to apply within this role :
- Ability to develop and enact a change strategy to support the multi-year project.
- Maintain the change strategy program throughout the transformative process including compliance with all deadlines.
- Analysis and problem solving shape and solve problems using both qualitative and quantitative, data-driven approaches to derive meaningful insights that add value to our business.
- Strategic thinking that delivers the adoption of organizational change applying your understanding of the link between strategy, business models and operating models, technology enablement and the challenges in moving people from invention to implementation and into sustained adoption.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the change work.
- Defining and delivering the implementation of integrated change strategies & roadmaps as applied across complex business transformations that impact multiple facets of an organization.
- Presenting and articulating complex change journeys that engage stakeholders - strong communication and relationship building with the ability to enable quick understanding of quantitative analysis and gain buy in to change journeys.
- Building and managing stakeholder relationships develop and maintain relationships from the senior executive level to business leaders to back-office support to frontline key workers.
- Work with internal centres of excellence to support and enable the work.
- Managing third party relationships develop, maintain, and lead relationships with third party organizations working with you on complex transformation programs.
- Leading workstreams within large complex programs enabling delivery of organizational change for Enterprise Transformations that drives sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
What You Bring :
- Significant experience gained in organizational change management (10+ years), for enterprise transformations (5+ years) and in a global multi-faceted organization (3+ years of experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters or equivalent Professional qualifications preferred
- Experience defining, designing, developing and deploying organizational change workstreams for complex multi-function enterprise transformations.
- Passion for unlocking the value & power of technology and digitalization to enable businesses & their people to create the future they want.
- Deep insights of the current trends and issues in the organizational change profession and broader ecosystem, and their impact on people, organizations, and wider society.
- Experience with design thinking and exploitation of data to solve organizational change challenges within new and emerging transformation models.
- Credibility in leading organizational change within enterprise transformations evidenced through delivery experience and business outcomes.
- A collaborative attitude, positive approach, and genuine appetite for change in ever-changing and ambiguous landscapes
Ability to apply knowledge in the following areas :
Organizational change management, including intricacies of creating and implementing strategy & roadmaps; stakeholder mobilization & engagement;
multi-channel push-pull communication; learning & training options; business readiness facilitation; and enabling sustainable adoption of change.
Psychology, neurology, behavioral development and other enablers for human adaptability during uncertain times.
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
