We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration & Machine Operator to ensure the efficient operation of our refrigeration equipment and systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining refrigeration systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
This job starts as soon as possible.
This is a direct-hire position that means that you will be on our client’s payroll from day 1! This company offers a strong benefits package and 2 weeks paid vacation.
Responsibilities :
Operate refrigeration equipment and systems efficiently and safely.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Record and log readings accurately, taking prompt corrective actions as needed.
Ensure the safety and efficiency of the refrigeration system.
Complete all safety and job-related trainings as required.
Respond promptly to resolve operational problems due to changing conditions or site demands.
Carry out other duties and projects as assigned.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Act in accordance with the company’s values.
Required License & Certification :
Refrigeration Operator Class B
Stationary 4th Class Engineer or higher
Requirements :
Experience operating and maintaining Ammonia & Freon refrigeration plants.
Ability to lift up to 23 kg.
Comfortable working in a cold environment.
Capable of walking and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
