Our client is an award-winning hotel group based in the Caribbean. We are assisting them in their search for Restaurant Managers to work at one of their beautiful all-inclusive properties in either Jamaica!

Responsibilities :
- Daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and motivate a team of approx. 20 staff
- Manage restaurant financials and P&L
- Staff scheduling
- Maintaining brand standards
- Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience
The Ideal Candidate :
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- A passion for Food & Beverage. On trend knowledge. Beverage experience is a plus
- Expereince in a Asain Cuisine Restaurant
- Caribbean expereince a plus!
- Great career stability
- Can easily relocate
