- Shift : Straight night shift. Monday-Friday 11 : 00 PM -7 : 00 AM Stable & consistent schedule.

What You'll Do :
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and malfunctions on various production lines, including mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, replacing faulty or worn mechanical components, conducting other routine maintenance tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
- Complete regular preventive maintenance checklists on machinery, which includes tasks such as inspecting and servicing pumps, chains, belts, pulleys, control panels, valves, air solenoids, actuators, and checking oil levels.
- Request spare parts when needed and maintain detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For :
- Licensed Millwright 433A, certified to work in Ontario.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food and packaging.
- Strong knowledge of electronic controls, high-speed packaging equipment, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Superior knowledge of packaging line setup, palletizers, tube lines, and mixers.
- Boiler experience is an asset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-directed, motivated team player, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to read blueprints and operational manuals.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance shop equipment.
