Job descriptionOversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely payment collections. Reconcile customer accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies. Generate and present regular accounts receivable reports to management. Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and ensure prompt payments. Contribute to process improvements within the accounts receivable department. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline invoicing and collections. Report on overdue accounts and escalate as needed. Provide recommendations for third-party collections and debt write-offs. Manage customer portals, including invoice uploads and resolving rejections. Perform additional duties as required. At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a solid understanding of collections and billing processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, for managing tasks and reporting. Experience with portal systems is a plus, enhancing workflow efficiency and automation. Adaptable and solution-oriented in a dynamic, changing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally at all levels. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and implement solutions.
